Store Policies
PAYMENT: - We accept all major credit cards.These can be used directly on the site or via paypal.
- For orders over $400 we prefer paypal.We may at our discretion for high value orders request that only paypal be used.
- For International customers from UK and Canada we shall accept paypal (paypal confirmed addresses only) ,wire transfer or bank transfer.
- All other International customers would have to pay via Bank Transfer or Wire transfers or moneybookers (email us for bank/wire/moneybookers details at daruwalla.naushad@gmail.com).We are working on accepting bidpay.
- If an International customer pays via credit card on our site or uses paypal with an unconfirmed address we shall refund after deduction of restocking fee.Credit for this fee shall however be given if the amount is re remitted via specified methods within 30 days.
SHIPPING: - We ship via Fedex or USPS Priority.We may at our discretion use UPS.For International customers we use USPS Priority or USPS Express.
- While we endeavour to ship within 1 Business days it may take us on rare occasions 2-3 days to ship.If we are out of a product we shall email you advising you of the same.
- For Fedex and UPS the tracking no. shall be sent to you by our automated system.For USPS you will not receive a tracking no. .The reason is that for USPS Bulk drop offs the 1st scan happens at the destination city and not at Post offices.Hence the tracking no. adds no value.It causes concern to customers as to why the status has not changed.You will get the product in about 2-3 Business days.Products till about 3 ponds are shipped by Priority.
- We have designed our checkout system for retail customers.Hence shipping at checkout might not increase over $100 for high quantity/Volume.Since we do not offer shipping discount the amount shall be the sum of the shipping cost of all products.If you are buying multiple or trade quantities we would get back to you with the shipping.
- Fedex and UPS do not deliver to PO box addresses.Hence if you want us to ship to a PO Box address kindly select 2 day option since we would have to ship via USPS Priority.If a PO Box address is provided and normal shipping selected we would send a request for an additional amount +$3 to cover the cost of servicing this.Alternatively we can refund less the transaction costs to service the transaction and cancellation.Hence please select the right options.
- Hawaii,Alaska and Peurto Rico customers would pay more for shipping which would be built in at the checkout automatically.
RETURNS: - We can provide warranty similar to what is provided to us by the manufacturer.Certain products like Pioneer speakers and woofers have no warranty.Remanufactured products have repair warranty.You would have to send it to the authorized repair center to get it repaired. Sale of remanufactured products is final.
- For products where there is warranty we can exchange the product for you.You would pay all shipping involved.
- Kindly email us for a RMA No. .On payment of shipping we shall send you a RMA no. and instructions
- If it is not an exchange but you wish to return it we shall accept it back if it meets the criteria for warranty above.
- We shall refund less restocking of 20%+ shipping.
- You would have to send the product in original packaging without any parts missing.If parts are missing we would deduct accordingly.
- If you wish to return not exchange kindly email us with the condition and reason for return.
- Returns accepted till 15 days after receipt.
All sales are governed by the above terms as a legally binding contract.Any dispute shall be subject to Sugar Land Jurisdiction .
