This allows a car audio system to be connected and controlled by a vehicle’s factory-installed data bus. This technology can be used to control the audio system from the vehicle’s steering wheel controls, display the current audio track on the vehicle’s instrument cluster, and control other features such as hands-free calling and navigation.
