  • Steering Wheel Control (SWC) Retention: Continue to use the buttons on your steering wheel to control volume, track selection, and other functions.
  • Other Factory Retentions: Retain all factory-configured chimes (SAFETY and WARNING) such as low fuel warning, seatbelt warning and park assist (if equipped). When your factory radio is removed, your vehicle’s Electronic Control Module (ECM) will store a fault code. This module will send the correct data to the Control Module, indicating a "Healthy" status so any dealership tools are not adversely affected during servicing. Providing a +12V switched accessory power source (do not use to power a headunit – 0.3A rating)
