JBL ARENA 12 12" 2400W Peak Dual 2 or 4 Ohm Selectable SSI Car Audio Subwoofer

The JBL Arena series is engineered to product uncompromising, mammoth base from an amplifier capable of delivering up to 1200/2100/2400 watts (Rated power on 400/700/800 watts RMS) of peak power.

The Arena series’ powerful dual 2/2.5-inch voice coils are each suspended in a separate magnetic gap. At low power, both coils drive the cone, cancelling any nonlinearities. As power increases and one coil rides out of its gap, the other coil still applies force to the cone.

The Arena’s aluminum frame features significant venting and heatsink fins for added power handling, and rigid construction to keep critical voice coil components in perfect alignment.

Composite paper’s combination of light weight and rigidity make it the ideal cone material to move a large amount of air without flex or distortion.

The Arena utilizes a single-piece NBR surround seal between the front and back of the woofer. NBR is environmentally stable, meaning you get the same elite performance from the Arena during Summer and Winter
